Im looking for someone who is doing sahaj marg practice in cape town.I have been in sahaj marg before.but im out about 4,5 years ago.now i think i need to become an abyasi again.i just found you in google.it would be perfect if we meet up.
I'm one of those nuts who get up at 4am to do yoga under the stars and meditate. Sahaj Marg meditation is my way. Travelling to our ashram in India one of my favourite holidays. I work as a journalist in Cape Town, South Africa.
